numerous subsidiaries in the construction, tourism, real estate,
marina, and energy businesses. These include:

Technical Olympic S.A. was founded
in 1965 by Constantine A. Stengos, who remains Chairman and Managing
Director. The company has been listed on the Athens Stock Exchange
since 1994 and is now one of the largest business groups in Greece,
with an international presence in the United Kingdom, the Balkans,
and the United States.
Technical Olympic S.A. constructs
luxury homes in Greece and Romania. New projects include the development
of a EUR 22 million housing investment plan for the construction
of a residential complex consisting of 98 luxury apartments on 9,200
square meters of privately owned land in Herestrau, Bucharest. The
company has also submitted an application for the operation of a
real estate investment company in Greece, with a portfolio of the
tourist, industrial, and commercial properties that include the
Porto Carras complex.
Mochlos S.A. is a Greek construction company that holds the highest-class
contracting certificate (7th) and an ISO Quality Assurance certificate
for the design and construction of technical works. Mochlos participates
in most of the major infrastructure works in Greece, as well as
in works relating to the 2004 Olympic Games, while it has developed
a respectable presence in the Balkans. The company has been listed
on the Athens Stock Exchange since 1994.
The Porto Carras Complex is the largest tourist resort in Greece
with a total area of 1,7630 hectares in Sithonia, Halkidiki. It
includes three hotel complexes, an 18-hole golf course, a marina
for private yachts, a conference centre, vineyards, a winery, and
10 km of private beaches. In 2003 the company obtained an operating
license for a casino located in the Sithonia Hotel at the Porto
Carras Complex.
Meltemi Kastri S.A. specializes in power generation utilizing renewable
sources. The company has constructed a 5 MW wind farm in Greece,
and construction is planned for two more wind farms with an output
of an additional 57 MV.
Delos Marinas S.A. is the developer and manager of numerous Greek
marinas. The company owns the Porto Carras marina and has a long-term
concession for the use and operation of the Skiathos and Samos island
marinas. At the end of 2002, the company signed an agreement for
operation of Flisvos marina, the V.I.P. marina for the 2004 Olympic
Games. The total number of berthing positions available is 1,141,
with the potential for further increases.
