TOUSA Homes operates through divisions focusing
on their local markets. Our local divisions are led by experienced
managers who are empowered to take advantage of local opportunities.
At the same time, our homebuilding support functions promote the
cross-fertilization of best practices across divisions in areas such
as land acquisition, product design, supply management, and sales
and marketing. Virtual teams from multiple divisions explore and
