Andreas Stengos, 43, has been a director of TOUSA, Inc. since 1999. Since October 2003, Mr. Stengos has served as a director and Treasurer of TOUSA Services, Inc.
Mr. Stengos served as the Managing Director of Technical Olympic, S.A. from 1989 to 1995, and as General Manager and Technical Director of TOUSA from 1995 through June 2004. Since June 2004, Mr. Stengos has served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of TOSA, and as the General Manager and Executive Vice President of Mochlos, S.A.
