Michael Glass founded Universal Land Title in 1984
and has been instrumental in growing the subsidiary of TOUSA, Inc. (TOUSA) into a highly regarded national leader
in the title insurance industry. He has implemented national business-development
programs and is active in local, state, and national organizations
to set industry standards. Additionally, Mr. Glass was the driving
force behind the acquisition of Alliance Insurance and Information
Services, LLC, subsidiary of Universal Land Title, Inc. Mr. Glass
continues to manage and oversee the operations of Alliance Insurance,
which offers homeowner’s insurance products to TOUSA homebuyers.
Previously, Mr. Glass served as a Regional Agency
Manager at First American Title Insurance Co. Prior to that, he
managed the West Palm Beach mortgage branch at United Companies
Mortgage.
Mr. Glass attended Palm Beach Community College and
is a licensed Florida Title Insurance Agent. He is a member of the
American Land Title Association, RESPRO (Real Estate Services Providers
Council, Inc.), the Florida Land Title Association, and the Colorado
Land Title Association.
