Ms. Valdes has served as TOUSA's Corporate Controller since 2002 overseeing its accounting and financial reporting functions.
Prior to joining TOUSA, Ms. Valdes spent 11 years in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in publicly-traded companies with a focus on the real estate industry. Ms. Valdes is a certified public accountant. Ms. Valdes received her Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Miami.
