George Stengos
George Stengos has been a director of our company since 1999, has served as a director of TOUSA, Inc. (TOI) since November 1999, and has been a director of Technical Olympic (UK) PLC since 1997. Mr. Stengos was the Executive Vice President from 1993 through 2001, and since 2001 has been President and Chairman of the Board of Mochlos S.A., a subsidiary of Technical Olympic S.A., which is publicly traded on the Athens Stock Exchange.

Larry D. Horner
Larry D. Horner has been a director of our company since 1997. Mr. Horner served as Chairman of Pacific USA Holdings Corp. from 1994 to 2001 and was Chairman of the Board of Asia Pacific Wire & Cable Corporation Limited, a manufacturer of copper wire and cable and fiber optic wire products with operations in Southeast Asia, which was publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange until 2001. He is also a director of ConocoPhillips, Atlantis Plastics Corp., UT Starcom, Inc., Novitron International, Inc., and New River Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Horner was formerly associated with KPMG LLP, a professional services firm, for 35 years, retiring as Chairman and CEO of both the U.S. and international firms in 1991. He is a certified public accountant.

William A. Hasler
William A. Hasler has been a director of our company since 1997. Mr. Hasler has served as Vice Chair and Co-CEO of Aphton Corporation, a biotechnology products company, since July 1998. From August 1991 to July 1998, Mr. Hasler served as Dean of the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to that, he was both Vice Chairman and a director of KPMG LLP, a professional services firm. Mr. Hasler also serves on the boards of Mission West, Elevon, DiTech Communications, Schwab Funds, DMC Stratex, and is chairman of the board of Solectron Corp. Mr. Hasler is a trustee of Pomona College. He is a certified public accountant.

Michael J. Poulos
Michael J. Poulos has been a director of our company since 2000. Mr. Poulos also serves as an advisory director of Greystone Capital Partners I, LP and a trustee of Century Shares Trust. Mr. Poulos had been Chairman, President, and CEO of Western National Corporation from 1993 until 1998 when he retired. Mr. Poulos worked for American General Corporation from 1970 to 1993, and served as its Vice Chairman from 1991 to 1993.

Marianna Stengou
Marianna Stengou has served as Vice President of Porto Carras Campus Hospitality Studies S.A. since April 2002. Ms. Stengou has served in a variety of positons at Technical Olympic S.A., including most recently as Director of Human Resources and Quality, since January 2000. Ms. Stengou has served as Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of TOSI since October 2003. Ms. Stengou has served as President and Managing Director of Toxotis S.A. since November 1997. Ms. Stengou has also been a director of Techincal Olympic S.A. since June 2003.

Susan B. Parks
Susan Parks has been a director of our company since September 2004. She is the founder and CEO of WalkStyles, Inc, a consumer products company. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Ms. Parks served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for Kinko’s, a multibillion dollar document solutions and business services company. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President of US Markets for Gateway, leading their US Market business unit. Ms. Parks began her career with Gateway serving as Senior Vice President of the Gateway Business division. Ms. Parks also spent a number of years with U.S. West, serving in a succession of senior positions and has served in various leadership positions at both Mead Corporation and Avery-Dennison. In addition to serving on several nonprofit and business school boards, Ms. Parks founded the Women’s Philanthropy Fund through Orange County’s United Way. Ms. Parks earned her BA in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University.

J Bryan Whitworth
J Bryan Whitworth has been a director of our company since January 2005. Mr. Whitworth is Of Counsel at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, a premier corporate and securities law firm. Following the merger of Conoco Inc. and Phillips Petroleum Company, Mr. Whitworth joined ConocoPhillips in 2002. He served as the Executive Vice President of ConocoPhillips, a global petroleum company with approximately 35,800 employees, $89 billion of assets, and $129 billion of annualized revenues. Prior to the merger, he spent more than 30 years with Phillips Petroleum Company, serving most recently as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. During his tenure at Phillips Petroleum Company, Mr. Whitworth also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Public Relations and Government Relations, as well as its General Counsel.

Andreas Stengos
Andreas Stengos, 43, has been a director of TOUSA, Inc. since 1999. Since October 2003, Mr. Stengos has served as a director and Treasurer of Technical Olympic Services, Inc. Mr. Stengos served as the Managing Director of Technical Olympic, S.A. from 1989 to 1995, and as General Manager and Technical Director of TOUSA from 1995 through June 2004. Since June 2004, Mr. Stengos has served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of TOSA, and as the General Manager and Executive Vice President of Mochlos, S.A.
